Accoyo's legendary fine line, the B-line of animals, was never imported into the United States. Paul Revere's sire, Accoyo Tsunami was imported in 1998. The beautiful Huacaya alpaca had a soft rolling skin and a bundled fleece. His dam is an even rarer Accoyo because she is a B-line female. Both were selected by Greg Mecklem with the guidance of Don Julio. Accoyo Paul Revere is a little smaller than other Accoyo males, but that is consistent with his B-line pedigree. The B-line animals exhibit 20% less body weight, 20% finer fleece and 20% less density.
