NATIONAL ALPACA FARM DAYS

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED

We had a great time!  The weather was perfect and no one got "spit" on.  All in all, it was a very good day.  Hope to see everyone again next year.  But, if you don't want to wait until NAFD, call us at (478) 363-3755 and we can schedule a visit.

FALL CRIA SEASON HAS BEGUN

We have have 2 gorgeous baby girls so far and have five more on the way.

Kane's Nicole -

Congrats to Morpheus Desiree (Desi) and Prariecreek's Accoyo Kane on their gorgeous white Suri baby girl.  Nicky is 1/2 Accoyo and has beautiful fiber.  She weighed 18.6 lbs at birth and is going to be a big girl.  Her Dam, Desi, is a very tall, big female and Nicky will follow in her footsteps.

Swinger's Starry Knight -

Congrats to Carmella and Swinger on their solid black Suri baby girl, Swinger's Starry Knight.  Carmella, Star's Dam, is a King Kong daughter and Swinger, Star's Sire, is a One Dark Knight son.  We knew this baby would be black and we weren't disappointed.  If Star's fiber turns out like her Sire's, it will be wonderful.  Every year, I sell out of Swingers fiber first.  Black fiber, with the look and feel that his has, has been in high demand.

An Excellent Way to Start your Herd

For a limited time, we are offering these four females for sale for the low price of $10,000.  Included with this package is free breedings for Carmella and Desi, to any DSCA herdsire, for a 2012 cria.  Plus an additional breeding for Carmella and Desi for 2013 cria.  This brings the total number of alpacas in this package to eight.  See our package listing here for more details.

GEORGIA ROYAL ALPACA CHALLENGE

We will be attending RAC this year with several of our babies.  If you have never been to an alpaca show, it is a great way to view a lot of alpacas in one place.  Get up close and personal with the alpacas and meet some really great people in the process.

The Carriage Room will be dedicated to Fiber Arts with lots of demonstrations and 100% alpaca products for sale.  There will be children's events and workshops as well.

The event is open and FREE to the public November 5-6, 2011 at the International Horse Park in Conyers, GA.  Public hours are Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm and Sunday, 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Come out and bring the entire family.  For more information, please visit the GEORGIA ROYAL ALPACA CHALLENGE website.

Look for our stall in the barn adjacent to the main arena and wish us luck with Gandalf's Daenerys, Gandalf's Legacy, Miss Kitty and Dalton.
